If you haven't noticed yet, there's a section of this website called Advisors
Now, you might be an adult advisor - actual or aspiring - which is basically a teacher, group leader, counselor, principal, sports coach, parent, or any individual, age 21 or older, who works with teens carrying out an environmental project. If so, first of all, you're really cool! Secondly, you might want to do two things:
1) Join our… Continue

My name is Brooke Dolega. I'm trying to start a Conservation Club at my Highschool to get more people educated, interested, and involved with conservation and the world around us.
But I don't know how. I went to my principals, and for a while it looked like it was going to go. But apparently we don't have the money. We just got a huge grant, and "we don't have the money". But I REALLY want this to happen. I'm super passionate and willing to do… Continue

1. Forward a link to the T4PE home page to everyone you know.
2. Read and respond to blog posts (like this one!) from members.
3. Find members in your area (check out http://www.teensforplanetearth.org/page/tips-to-find-members).
4. Browse the featured members of the day (click on Members).
5. Start a group for your team (find out how and why at http://www.teensforplanetearth.org/page/guidelines-for-creating-a).
6. Request that someone accept you as a friend.

Well, we're just a few days into this and I already see a lot of great things happening on this site. Some of you were even members of the program that came before T4PE: Girls for Planet Earth - welcome back!
For those of you who don't know me, I'm Jeanine Silversmith, the Project Advisor of T4PE, which basically… Continue

I need help! I'm like the only one in my school who's heard of T4PE and I want others to join. How else could I tell them about it? I want to start a group, but no one really is giving T4PE a chance. However, when I do form a group what are some ways that we could help, like volunteer? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank-you!
