- Project Description
- Through the coordination and cooperation of the League of Municipal Planners and Development Coordinators we are preparing to implement the program to reforest 1% of the Philippines. We are placing a nursery in each of the 42,005 villages (Barangays) and teaching how to grow trees, fruit trees and other plants. Another 6% of the country will be reforested through voluntary replication.
