July 16 Credit Valley Conservation is aksing us all to come out and check the health of our Credit River.
Check Your Watershed Day is an annual, one-day event where you can get your feet wet and learn first-hand about the Credit River Watershed. We’re looking for 25 teams of volunteers to take surveys of stream crossings all around
Orangeville, Caledon, Erin, and Halton Hills. This data will be collected to create an important “snap-shot” of the health of the Credit. With a short training session at Terra Cotta Conservation Area, volunteers will be suited with all the gear and knowledge they need to have a fun and simple afternoon of stream surveying!
